Product Profile:
Can be used to test hardness of workpieces in every size precisely. This test has the same testing principles with desktop testers in accordance with the GB/T230, ISO6508 and ASTM E110. And testing results of national institute of metrology indicate that the error is less than 1.5HR; Equipped with advanced workpiece fastening device, of good testing stability, good repetition and high precision. The drum reading device is convenient to read, of good repetition and high precision just like a micrometer;
Equipped with illuminated magnifiers, able to read conveniently in dark workshop;
The tester can test some ultra long, ultra thick, ultra heavy, heterotypical and mounting equipment parts that desktop testers can not do.
Suitable for all kinds of heat treatment finished and semi-finished metal parts of different shapes and sizes.
Used in production inspection and acceptance inspection, able to replace Leeb hardness testers of a lower precision. With standard traceable hardness blocks, and qualified indenters; and the dynamometer that is used to check testing forces can be traced to national secondary standards.
