YJZH-500 manual high strength bolt testing machine is designed in accordance with the GB50205-2001 standards, able to ***ect, display and print out the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of connecting sets of high strength bolts with large hexagon head. When the axial force reaches the standard specified value, the testing machine buzzes and records testing datum, at the same time colleague testing machine automatically calculates and displays the torque coefficient according to tested axial force and torque. Besides, when a group of tests ends, the testing machine automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and variable coefficient of several specimens; key in test number, high strength bolt model, grade and specifications. It has parameter backup and restoration function and calibration function, and peak holding ***ection function as well according to high strength bolt testing requirements. In order to facilitate users to connect the computer, the tester is equipped with RS323 interface, so that the testing datum can be able to transmit to the computer, and after further processing, print out testing reports.
