This machine is the special instrument to test the malleability of metal sheets and metal strips. It is mainly used to test the plasticity deformation of metal materials and various performances of metal planks.
The machine complies to the national standards of GB/T4156-2007《Metallic materials-sheet and strip-Erichsen cupping test》and GB4156-84《Metals-Cupping Testing methods�

1. Precision of cupping value is 0.01mm, and the controlled precision of main testing force to be 1N;

Loading way of main testing force is hydraulic griping, servo controlled, constant speed and automated mechanical loading, and uses spokewise sensor and high-precision encoder to transmit information. Therefore, testing precision, tearing precision of samples and cupping value accuracy can be ensured.
