Product Profile:
DZ-2 end-quenching testing machine complies with the GB/T225-2006 standards and American ASTM 225-02 requirements. The machine is used for steel end-quenching tests of high-quality carbon structural steels, alloy structure steels, spring steels, tool steels, bearing steels and shallow-hardening steels. DZ-2 end-quenching testing table is of high technology, good stability and convenient to use; uses advanced digitalized quenching time controlling system and temperature controlling system; and automatically accomplishes the entire working circle: start-automatic water spray-quenching-end. This machine is of logical layout, co***ct structure, simple operations and convenient maintenance.
Features:
1. Testing table is comprised of the rack, high-low water tank, pump automatic circulating water system, water spray time setting system, nozzle flapper automatic quick opening device, water temperature regulation control system and other parts;
2. water spray opening uses high sensitivity automatic controlling method;
3. time control uses high precision digital-display time relay, and the water baffle automatically closes at the setting time;
